RECAP: Danielle and partner have a renovation design, a building permit and all their selection details by room from Interiors Made Easy for their colours, fixtures and fittings. With everything specified they were ready to get quotes, select a builder and get their project started.
OUT WITH THE OLD AND GET READY FOR THE NEW!
The builder and his tradespeople have commenced work and all is going smoothly. The new entranceway is in place, the specified doors and walls have been removed to create the new open plan living area.
The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms have been gutted and the electrical wiring and plumbing are being installed. The sub-floor and plastering are next, followed by waterproofing of the bathrooms.
All will soon be in readiness for the installation of the new flooring.
